1. Commitment to Child Safety (CSAE Zero Tolerance)

PollBharat has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

We strictly prohibit any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Visual depictions of sexual abuse of children.
• Solicitation of minors for sexual activity.
• Distribution or possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Any form of grooming or predatory behavior towards minors.

We prioritize the safety of minors. Any user found violating this policy will be permanently banned immediately, and we will report the user and the content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.

2. Reporting & Enforcement

We are committed to maintaining a safe environment. We provide mechanisms for users to report inappropriate content or behavior directly within the app.

How to Report Content:

• In-App Reporting: Use the "Report" option available on every poll to flag content for review immediately.
• Direct Point of Contact: For urgent child safety concerns, please contact our dedicated safety officer at: admin@pollbharat.com.

Reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours. Content found to be in violation of our Child Safety Standards or Community Guidelines will be removed, and appropriate action will be taken against the account holder.

3. Data Collection & Privacy

PollBharat collects minimal data to function effectively:

• Personal Information: Name, email address, and profile image (via Google Sign-In) to create your account.
• Usage Data: Polls created, votes cast, and interactions to personalize your feed.
• Technical Data: Device identifiers and IP addresses for security, fraud prevention, and analytics.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We comply with applicable data protection laws.

4. User Rights

You can request the deletion of your account and data at any time via the "Delete Account" option in your profile settings or by contacting support@pollbharat.in.
